Sign up at the Thistle Bar nice and early at 10.30 am, good to see a few fellow hashers from Malaysia have joined us. Plenty of room today, as we left in the large bus, on to the A sight.

The weather was surprisingly pleasant, good job as none of us new what a Ball breaker of a run it would be.
I arrived at the beer water stop, at the first half the run, in approx 2hr 10min. Where our venerable G M, Sheik Me Me had recovered enough from his hangover to realize, he needed a scribe, and l was duly appointed. Thinking the hares, had decided to join the two halves of the run together, and not have a half way stop. (No such luck. I proceeded to interrogate the front runners)
The first half of the run was a killer, which included a couple of steep hills. Front Running Bastards completed it in about 1hr 30min, and was told approx about 10klm, Unlike G.I. Joe and a few fellow hashers who needed more exercise and ran onto the lake and back (GPS, 13.1,Klm)
Water stop the last to arrive would have been Bam Bam, no idea what time he arrived, as we had all left, to complete the last half of the run. Being Brave or Something or he went of alone to complete the last leg of the run. (Editors Note: Bam Bam was late to the drink stop after molly coddling Tequilla Sunset through the 1st part and sticking to the Monkey motto continued from the drick stop alone, but couldn't find paper from the next check and had to walk out, not knowing where the C Site was, no cash, no phone.)
At the circle the Hares were iced numerous times for haring a hard run (most hashers 3.30mins to 4hrs). But the general opinion was a good run, hard but good, well done to the hares who worked very hard to make it enjoyable.

Food provided by the Hares was excellent, various cheeses, and red wine, Cabbage Knievel to avoid the circle spent most the time out on a motorcycle looking for Bam Bam, in the dark, he gave up when it was time to leave in the bus,

Food provided at the restaurant was again up to the standard we could expect from the hares, excellent, well done.
Footnote: Bam Bam did survive, and surfaced at the restaurant.
