Minutes Of Last Meeting: Take last meeting minutes (30 Sept 2022) as read and approved.

Monkey Finances:
• Cash: 24,426 Baht Cash & Assets: 44,677 Baht Total Cash & Assets increased by 2,734 Baht since the last meeting.
• At the 24 Nov 2020 meeting it was agreed to let the HC Cash decline to 25,000 Baht. Despite hares continuing doing an excellent job of controlling hare side expenses - the Hash Cash has now broken 25,000 Baht trigger point as expected. To prevent this from becoming too serious an issue the Committee unanimously approved an increase in the Hash Cash by 100 Baht to 700 Baht on 2 December 2022 with Hare Side remaining at 600 Baht making the sign-up fee 1,300 Baht. On the last run #101, beer average beer consumption was high, offset by low softie consumption. It was decided that no further action would be taken until after the AGM run in May 2023. Hares should continue to manage their budget as far as practicable.

Last Run: The Sexy Monkey Run #101 – Hares, Dirt Looney, No Hope and Rampant Rabbit – consensus was it was a resounding success with the hares returning a surplus of 520 Baht.

Next Run(s):
• 10 February 2023 – Run#102: Chiang Mai Outstation Run – 20 confirmed sign-ups.
• 25 March 2023 - Run #103: The Mexican Monkey – Hares Herring Choker, YMCA, No More Cum and The Wizard – sign-up limit of 40.

Awards: Pussy Snatcher will run awards routine and pass on any awards to Jellobutt/Hares.

Other Business:
• Virgins – A baby’s dummy on a string will be worn by future virgins to make it clear who the virgins on trail are.
• Virgins – it was decided to keep the current virgin policies in place and a suggestion for no-virgin runs was rejected.
• Minimum age limit to attend the Monkey re-confirmed as 18 years.
