Minutes Of Last Meeting: Take last meeting minutes (29 July 2022) as read and approved.

Monkey Finances:
• Cash: 25,983 Baht Cash & Assets: 41,943 Baht Total Cash & Assets decreased by 847 Baht since last meeting.
• At the 24 Nov 2020 meeting it was agreed to let the Hash Cash (HC) decline to 25,000 Baht. Despite hares doing an excellent job of controlling hare side expenses - it’s near certain that HC side expenses will break the 25,000 Baht trigger point on the next run. Strong inflationary pressures across the board are leading to increased costs to HC with the 600 Baht of the run fee no longer covering the non-hare side controlled expenses. It was agreed that PS will now seek general membership feedback prior to the next Mismanagement Meeting to be held in early February (following Monkey Run #101) in consideration of taking action to increase the Hash Cash side of the signup fee. Hares should continue to manage their budget as far as practicable. No-Shows: Effective immediately: 50% of the HC side of the signup fee will be retained by HC. The hares have discretion as to how much (if any) of the hares side of the signup fee they wish to return to a No-Show.

Last Run: The Samurai Monkey Run #99 – Hares, The Wizard, Crap Thai and Mayo Queen put on an outstanding day with a small overall run deficit of 1,736 Baht.

Next Run(s): Run #100: The Survivor Monkey – Hares VV, Beetroot Head, Bely Dancer – Signup limit of 50 approved with a signup fee of 1300 Baht (100 Baht extra on the Hare side of the budget to cover anticipated additional costs). February 2023 – Chiang Mai Outstation Run – GI Joe will liaise with BD to organise this.

Website/FB: Up to date – Bam Bam/PS thanked for improvement to Next Run information/sign-up fees. No Banana offered tech assistance to Bam Bam/PS.

Hare Line: Condition GREEN – Jan: Dirt Looney, No Hope, Rampant Rabbit/ March - The Wizard, YMCA, Herring Choker

Other Business:
• The Wizard suggests that where food quantity permits – that hares let the Baht bus drivers eat with the Chimps after the Chimps had their 1st serving to thank the drivers for their help.
• PS raised putting a time limit on Chimps arriving to drinks stop(s) to be allowed to continue to run the next section. It was agreed that this would need to remain a Hare led decision as only they know their trail.
• SP requested an additional bucket be purchased – approved.
• Taxi Bell will be next meeting venue – likely to be early February (following Monkey Run #101).
