Minutes Of Last Meeting: Take last meeting minutes (24 November 2020) as read and approved.

Monkey Finances:
• Cash: 31,943 Baht Cash & Assets: 42,790 Baht Total Cash & Assets decreased by 23,720 Baht since last meeting. Note: There were five runs since the last meeting.
• At the last meeting it was agreed to let the HC Cash decline to 25,000 Baht. The last six runs have lost an average of 2,850 Baht/run. The reasons for this include increased costs to HC with the 600 Baht of the run fee not covering the non-hare side controlled expenses. The 2000 Baht subsidy to hares has been removed and hares are asked to manage their budget. No need at this time for a change in run fees.

Last Run: The Perfect Monkey Run #98 – G.I. Joe and Spaghetti Head did a great job and achieved a run surplus of 1,476 Baht and returning 100 Baht to each Chimp.

Next Run(s):
• Run #99: The Samurai Monkey – Hares The Wizard, Crap Thai, Mayo Queen on 24 September 2022.
• Run #100: The Survivor Monkey – Hares VV & Team – Sign-up limit of 50 approved as it’s a post-lube to MIH in Cambodia – extra giveaway (patch or towel) – possibly end at a resort if budget/increased run fee permits.

Other Business:
• Constitutional amendment approved without dissent: Chimps who haven’t achieved 24 runs are expected to complete at least one section of a Monkey run unless the GM on the day grants dispensation on exceptional grounds.
• Taxi Belle approved as the Monkey meeting point.
• Bam Bam seeking a form router so that he can produce aluminium ‘3 Monkey’ awards.
• Sutus Court too noisy for future meetings – next meeting/venue TBA.
