Last Run: A considerable amount of work put in by the hares resulted in an almost memorable run. All things considered it was as usual a great day out, great trail, excellent food and a good circle. After the circle finished we ventured into town to carry on at a new venue, The Den on Soi Chaiyapoon, good prices on the drinks and decent food provided.

Next Run(s): The next run is scheduled for Saturday 26 September 2020, The We Can Do It Monkey.

Hare Line: The Hare Line is condition Green the next open run date is 27 March 2021.

Other Business:
• The Monkey Run (99) scheduled for 27 November 2021 will clash with the rescheduled Mekong Indo China so it was decided to move the Monkey to 20 November 2021, this will also serve as a pre - lube to the MIC Hash 2021.
• Run awards from 60 upwards, it was decided to allow the recipient to choose between either a cap, towel, or chimps choice. The budget for chimps choice will be 350B.
• It was observed at the venue that photos/videos were being taken, not only by the venue management but our own members. It was suggested to add something to the Hare Requirements section of the website for the hares to inform venue management that the PJMH3 does not want any photos or videos taken whilst we are there. Also any members of our club observed to be taking photos/videos of other members in the venue without their consent will be banned from the club.
• The automatic registration option has been replaced with an early notification option. Those that select early notification will receive an email 48 hours before online registration opens. On receipt of the early notification, the chimp need only reply to that email to register for the Monkey run.
