Last Run: Good run, food, venue. It was suggested that giving back cash rather than voucher would be more straightforward.

Hare Line: All runs have hares until 22 Sept 2018

Hash Awards: Now up to date. We were reminded that some might like to recycle their 12 run 3 monkey awards. So if it is at home merely gathering dust and no longer wanted return to GI Joe. It was agreed that an embroidered towel would be awarded from 48 runs and every 12 runs after that.

Beer Truck: Arrangements appear to be working well.

Other Business:
• Proposed changes to constitution: - The maximum of 32 signups can be extended to 40 provided we get at least 38 signups. This is to ensure that the addition of another baht bus is economically viable. - This 38 signup threshold may at the discretion of the Mismanagement be waived if the Monkey finances are healthy enough to subsidize the additional baht bus. - The waiving of the 38 signup threshold can be sustained until the cash balance falls below 10,000B.
• In response to a request it was agreed that where possible there would be a pickup point outside of Pattaya. It was agreed this would have to be arranged through discussion with the hares.
• Provision of soft drinks requires some fine tuning to avoid running out during the day. It was noted that some hashers drank soft drinks rather than beer. This information could be gathered when taking sign ups.
