Minutes Of Last Meeting: Minutes from Feb meeting were approved.

Monkey Finances: Still very healthy. Cash 43,784.50 Baht, total including assets 48,974 Baht

Last Run: Reckoned by all to be good. Good trail and food.

Next Run(s): Hares have everything in hand for #69 run. The Hares are planning to take advantage of a Hash subsidy to provide higher quality food at the venue and perhaps at the C site. It was agreed that the Hash would provide 2 beer vouchers per hasher at the venue.

Hare Line:

Hash Awards: GI Joe is still trying to source the 3 monkey award. We need to research an alternative award. AFC agreed to talk to GI Joe to see if he wanted to continue looking after awards.

Beer Truck: The AGM run in May will be the last by Bam Bam. He is stepping down as Brew Master to allow someone else to have a go after giving several years of excellent service. The committee showed their appreciation. Options for after May are still being explored. The only development is that the lack of a likely suitable replacement for what we have means that we may have to employ another means of providing the Beer truck services. This means we will have to pay someone to do it. This is being explored by PS.
