Minutes Of Last Meeting: Minutes from 6th Dec meeting were approved.

Monkey Finances: TBC from Bam Bam when computer is sorted out. From memory the finances are healthy.

Last Run: Reckoned by all to be good. Certainly no lack of food.

Next Run(s): Hares have everything in hand despite the early run date in March. Would be hounds urged to register on website.

Website/FB: Up to date more or less.

Hash Awards: GI Joe is still trying to source the 3 monkey award.

Beer Truck: The AGM run in May will be the last by Bam Bam. He is stepping down as Brew Master to allow someone else to have a go after giving several years of excellent service. The committee showed their appreciation. Options for after May are being explored.

• New Brew Master see above Beer Truck agenda item. What follows may be linked to what happens with the Jungle Brew Master situation.
• Phuket outstation 9th June is to go ahead. Urge all to register on the website
