Minutes Of Last Meeting: Not available. The minutes presented were from another meeting (hence the term "mis-management").

Monkey Finances: Total cash is 33,437 baht. Including inventory the balance stands at 38,627 baht. No issues.

Last Run: Philippines outstation run had 14 hashers in attendance including hares. Hares were 3: Snatcher, GI Joe, and Leach My Nuggets. Pattaya runners were 7 in total. Trail was about 14 km, two hashers were slightly lost/detained. Walkers trail available, tubes were locally sourced by GM’s for the day, Sperm Polluter and Dizzy. Trail was considered "good and proper". Good venue. The outstation run had no financial loss and no profits. Thanks to the hares who generously helped to support expenses and for the time and commitment to the hash. The group is considering doing another outstation run this time next year, but perhaps to a different location (ie. Phuket, Laos, Chiang Mai, etc).

Next Run(s): November 26: Hares: Lucan Made Me Cum and Mental Disorder. All full, 39 sign ups. Phone Numbers: It was mentioned that the next run the hares will give Snatcher phone numbers for printing and inserted into plastic containers, distributing the numbers to runners/walkers in case they get lost on trail or for emergencies. Mental Disordered mentioned that Lucan Made Me Cum has seen a lot of interest in the Monkey hash from his contacts in Bangkok. Many would like to attend this run but we hit our limit. For this reason, mismanagement stresses that it's important for hashers to sign up as early as possible to be sure of getting on the list. Bam Bam remarked that we post on the website the sign up sheet 2 months before the run, so ample time to make the deadline ("snooze you lose" policy"). Currently the Monkey has a limited of 35 hashers plus the hares and the brewmaster. In the past we've been somewhat flexible by just a few more runners, but that is an exception.

Hare Line: ATTENTION: We currently need hares for the January run (the signed up hares had to drop for other commitments). I did hear a mention that GI Joe and Dizzy were contemplating this open hare slot but nothing has been confirmed as of this writing. They were not in attendance so this information is "hearsay".

Other Business:
• Reminder that the run deposit is 600 baht with 550 going to Bam Bam for expenses.
• Agreed to update the Constitution wording as follows: Sign Ups: 600B payment to Brewmaster on sign up. 550B to hash cash for expenses outside the hares control, balance of sign up fee to hares to cover their expenses. Maximum sign up fee of 1,200B (higher amount possible, but will need to be approval of mismanagement).
• Sperm Polluter mentioned that mismanagement should consider holding meetings in a more quiet location in the future.
