Minutes Of Last Meeting: Minutes from the last meeting approved.

Monkey Finances: Last run saw the hares contribute 1026 baht out of pocket expense with a total of 550 baht surplus for the hash. The cash balance is at 33,437 baht. All assets hits the balance at 38,627 baht. No issues. Healthy status.

Last Run: Comments were very positive. Good idea that the hashers met early and got out on trail quickly. Long hard wet run. Venue at the Oyster was very good, food, pool, etc...The food cost was 2500 baht. Excellent shirt. It was noted that Jellobutt did not knock over tables and spill beer on hashers this time around. He will try harder next time. His streak of two knock outs in a row has formally ended. The idea of having two phone numbers available for all hashers to take with them while on trail in case of emergency or lost was approved. The hares will be responsible for providing these numbers and sealing them in small plastic wraps/bags for runners to take with them. The numbers can be the hares or Bam Bam or anyone else who remains with the beer truck or at the drop sites. This new tradition is informally called "The GI Joe Law" due to his infamous ability to find trail where nobody cares to go.

Next Run(s): Outstation Monkey this month in the PI all set to go. The responsible party may want to order more shirts...(?)

Website/FB: It was noted that the mismanagement meeting time on the website was incorrect (5pm) and Bam Bam will make the change to 5:30pm.

Hare Line: The hareline is complete this calendar hash year. It was noted that the AGM run in May will be run 69. A very auspicious hash number. We expect the old GM and the in-coming GM to have a good time with this shirt (you don't need much imagination for this one).

Hash Awards: All good.

Beer Truck: Bam Bam noted that he needs to buy some lights to help packing up after the hash in the dark. He expects to spend about 700 -800 baht for two lights. This request was approved.

Hash Rags: Stock is healthy with 21 shirts available.
