Minutes Of Last Meeting: Minutes from the last meeting read and approved without modification. One comment that the print size could be larger.

Monkey Finances: 26,796 baht in liquid assets, and 31,986 baht with inventory. No problems.

Last Run: The "Who Did It" Monkey was deemed a success and a good time was had by all. The run had a surplus of 1,295 baht for the day with 23 hashers paid 800 baht each. Run accounting details can be seen at this link. Discussion about raising the deposit fee to 600 baht and the fee to cover expenses outside the hares’ control increased from 500 to 550 baht beginning on the AGM run on May 28. Motion was approved.

Next Run(s): "The Drunken Monkey part 2" by Bam Bam and Beet Root Head on March 26. A shirt is being considered for 300 baht. Bam Bam to collect deposits for the run.

Hash Awards: NOTE: NOT DISCUSSED IN THE MEETING: Ballringer's 48th run is the next run, "The Drunken Monkey part 2". Ballringer told Jellobutt he did not want a hat. Jellobutt will talk with GI Joe to see if Joe has another idea. If not, Jellobutt will come up with a special "award" specially designed for Ballringer. Bam Bam has 46 runs, so his 48th run will be on the AGM run. An award as a hat is needed.

Beer Truck: Bam Bam mentioned that he could use an extra hand to help him sort things out at Makro. Pussy Snatcher to send out email one week prior to the run requesting help for Bam Bam.

Hash Rags: If the hares have excess run shirts that they would like Jungle Rags to buy back, prior approval from the Jungle Rags must be obtained. Nappy supply in good shape.

Other Business:
• Discussion about the illegalities of drinking beer on the baht buses. PH3 Monday was fined 2000 baht per bus. We don't know if this law will be strictly enforced in the future or if this is a new normal. For now, we will wait and see before the hash takes any actions regarding our own policy. Hashers are urged to be discreet when drinking on the baht bus and those that choose to drink will be financially liable for any penalties incurred. GM to remind everyone of this policy at the close of the circle.
• 2016 Post Mekong Extravaganza (4-6 November), move Monkey to November 12. No discussion.
• Rumble 4Skin, GM in waiting, will attend the AGM run in May but he is not sure about his work schedule going forward. It was agreed that any ex-Monkey GM can stand in for R4Skin as GM for a run if he is not present as well as to chair mismanagement meetings as R4Skin was clear that he can not attend meetings.
