Meeting Called To Order: 17:00

Minutes Of Last Meeting: Minutes read and approved. Lord Lucan mentioned that he would like to see money that was returned from the last Monkey run earmarked for something special for hashers. Snatcher remarked that there are times when the runs come in on a deficit, so he would prefer to keep any surplus in the general balance ledger. Anyway, its up to the mismanagement committee to decide how to allocate funds, not individuals.

Monkey Finances: Current balance is 26,109 baht and with assets is 31,543 baht.

Last Run: PI Outstation: Those who did the run noted that it had a very late start and did not have a "chalk talk" in the beginning which confused some hashers with different markings not normally used on Monkey runs. Some hashers came to the run late and also, came in to the C site off trail in the dark. The run did break even on finances thanks to the hares for their generous donations. There were a lot of walkers. Total of 22 hashers. Consideration was given to do the run again next year.

Next Run(s): November 21: VV and Scar are the hares. Theme is D.I.:P. run which currently has a secret meaning. Snatcher is handling the sign ups and money. Cost is 800 baht without a shirt, 1000 baht with a shirt. Meet at 11am at Boomerang Bar. It was agreed that beginning with the January run, Bam Bam with do the sign ups and handle the cash. Fixed costs of the run is 500 baht which covers all liquids, ice, and transportation. Food cost is up to the hares to decide, as well as if they want a memento for the run (such as a shirt), and if they want a venue.

Website/FB: Up to date, no problems.

Hare Line: Need a January hare. If nobody steps forward by Christmas, hares will be volunteered.

Hash Awards: Ok, no problems.

Beer Truck: Ok, no problems.

Hash Rags: OK, no problems.

Other Business: Discussion about the possibility of starting the runs earlier like we used to do back in the day. Perhaps meet at 10am for a 10:30am baht bus. Reason is to ensure hashers have enough time to clean out the coolers. Some hashers noted they would like more time out of the venue location so as to drink more beer which they paid for. The idea was tabled for a later meeting. Currently time out of the Boomerang is up to the hares.
