Monkey Finances: Monkey Finances: Bam Bam. Cash: B26,712 Cash and Assets: B32,390 Reminder: It was agreed we should maintain a cash balance of at least B10,000. Amounts above this minimum are available for doing something special on future runs. Ideas and requests for use of the additional funds s/b presented to mismanagement prior to the run date.

Last Run: Run 54, the Moonshine Monkey: Great circle, good food, great trail. Low turnout due to many hashers in the PI. Even though there was a low turnout, the run broke even due to the generosity of the hares. Complete details of this run’s accounts, and past runs can be found online.

Next Run(s): 23 May, the Déjà Vu Monkey (AGM Run). Hares are Pussy Snatcher and Jellobutt. Signups are open and we currently have 11 on the who’s coming list. - A request was made and approved to provide up to 2,000 baht from hash cash as a subsidy for the AGM dinner after the run. - Also approved was a proposal to move the pickup/drop off point to the Boomerang Bar, our Jungle Hash bar.

Website/FB: Up to date, no problems.

Hare Line: We need hares for the July, 2015 run. After July the next available run date is July, 2016.

Hash Awards: All Good

Beer Truck: No problems. Hares are reminded that money to purchase beer and softies needs to be given to Bam Bam no later than one week prior to the run.

Hash Rags: No Jungle rags sold this run. Rags stock in good shape. Pussy Snatcher to check on available sizes of the 24 run award shirts to ensure we have correct sizes for upcoming awards.

Other Business:
• On 4 October, 2015 the Monkey will celebrate 10 Years of Monkey. We will celebrate this occasion on run #57, LL’s run. Festivities to be discussed at future Monkey meetings. Mark your calendars now for this run.
• Harrier Magazine is offering hash kennels a 50% share in the $10 subscription fee to their digital version of the magazine. The Jungle website will be updated to include a subscription link to Harrier Magazine. We encourage our hashers to please use this link when subscribing and in doing so support a great magazine and increase our beer fund at the same time.
• BB proposed via email several ideas for an outstation run for his run in March, 2016. - Laos was one idea, but from discussion it was decided the distance and logistics would be difficult issues to overcome. - An adventure run (kayak, bike, run) was another idea. This idea was warmly received and the ensuing discussion generated the following suggestions; location Kanchanaburi, reach out to Lanna Bush Hash and Bangkok Hash about the possibility of working together to have a cooperative, men’s only outstation hash. Pussy Snatcher will follow up with BB regarding these suggestions.
