Meeting Called To Order: GM Cabbage Knievel called the meeting to order at 17:05.

Minutes Of Last Meeting: Pussy Snatcher read the minutes of the last meeting. Bam Bam approved and AFC seconded.

Monkey Finances: Monkey Finances: Bam Bam Cash In Bank: B38,440 (includes B40 received from hares for Run #45) Cash On Hand: B10,530 Total Cash and Assets: B64,010 Spaghetti Head approved and Mental Disorder seconded.

Last Run: Run #45, Spank The Monkey: No complaints. Good run. With hares covering additional cost of towels, run returned B40 to Monkey hash cash.

Next Run(s): Nothing to report.

Website/FB: Up to date, no problems. Pussy Snatcher will submit for website posting, run accounting templates for use by hares.

Hare Line: In great shape. Next open date is May, 2014. Pussy Snatcher will hare if needed. Co-hare w/PS could be GM in waiting for 2015. Any takers?

Hash Awards: Adequate stock on hand. No problems.

Beer Truck: No problems.

Other Business:
• a) Updating of the Jungle Monkey Constitution was discussed. Still a work in progress. Those present kindly volunteered Pussy Snatcher to do a first draft to be passed around via email for comment and revision. If ready for the next meeting, the revised Constitution will be presented to mismanagement for approval.
• b) Appreciation dinner for long time, and frequent Monkey runners was discussed. Date and venue TBD. Once date and venue is decided on, GM will extend invitations to those qualifying for the dinner.
• c) First beer availability on Monkey Extreme was discussed. Will be left to hares discretion.
